Come learn how to can, pickle, and ferment in 2013! This group is for anyone who wants to learn about food preservation as a way of life: from traditional American pickles & jams, to Japanese rice bran and koji-based ferments such as tempeh & miso, from brewed drinks like kombucha & ginger beer, to naturally fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, and sourdough bread.
